Xu Qi, female, born in 1942 in An Guo County, Hebei Province, was formerly the president of Dunhuang Art Theater in Gansu Province. She is a famous dancer, a country-level director, a provincial outstanding expert, a special allowance enjoyer of the State Council, one of the choreographers of the dance drama "Along The Silk Road ", and the chief director of the large-scale dance " Ancient Dunhuang Music". In December 2012, she was hired as a part-time professor in the College of Art of Lanzhou University.
