Cheng Han, female, Han ethnic group, born in Lanzhou, Gansu province, member of CPC, master, vocal music teaching assistant at the Institute for Music Studies.

Education Background:

She studied music performing at the School of Art of Lanzhou University from September 2007 to June 2011, and got her bachelor’s degree of music;

She studied after Professor Xiang Liang at the School of Art of Lanzhou University from September 2011 to June 2014, and got her master’s degree of Musicology;

She went to Sungshin Women's University in Korea as an exchange student, and studied after Doctor Park Jiyoon from September 2012 to June 2013.

Personal Awards:

In 2008, she won the third prize in the 1st National Folk Song Chorus Competition (serving as the diector of soprano);

In 2009, she won the first prize in Gansu division of Youth’s Vocal Music Competition in China;

In 2009, she won the honorable mention in “Haizhou Cup” Vocal Music Competition;

In 2009, she won the honorable mention in Golden Bell Award Chorus Competition (serving as the diector of soprano);

In 2011, she won the honorale mention in Gansu division of Dunhuang Award of Chinese Folk Vocal Music;

In 2012, she won the third prize in Gansu division of Youth’s Vocal Music Competition in China;

In January 2012, she won the first prize of bel canto in the national finals of Youth’s Vocal Music Competition in China;

In 2013, she won the honorable mention of bel canto in Gansu province in the 15th CCTV National Young Singer Competition (as the only student contestant in the bel canto group in the whole Gansu province to enter the final);

 In 2014, she won the second prize of bel canto in the youth group in the 3rd Vocal Music Competition of Gansu province;

In 2015, she won the second prize of bel canto in the audition of Gansu province of the 10th China Golden Bell Award Vocal Music Competition.
