At the invitation of the school, Professor Fabrizio Lanzoni, a famous contemporary Italian pianist and director of the Piano Department of the Ferrara National Conservatory of Music, visited and exchanged with us. On the afternoon of October 23 and the morning of October 24, two lectures were held for all teachers and students of the Academy of Arts at Wenshao Building Concert Hall, Yuzhong Campus. The lecture was chaired by Professor Xiang Liang, Dean of the Academy of Arts. All the teachers, postgraduates and undergraduates of the Institute of Music of the Academy of Arts attended the lecture.

Professor Fabrizio Lanzoni's two lectures focused on Beethoven's piano works and Chopin's piano works respectively. They gave in-depth explanations on the selection of music versions, the training of playing skills, the performance and treatment of music. At the end of the lecture, Professor Fabrizio Lanzoni also answered the students'on-site questions, offered some suggestions on the difficulties and doubts they encountered in their study, and shared the teaching insights accumulated over the years, which benefited all teachers and students greatly.

It is reported that Professor Fabrizio Lanzoni will also hold two lectures at 10:00 a.m. on October 28 and 29 at Wenshao Building Concert Hall in Yuzhong Campus and a Piano Recital Concert at 19:30 p.m. on October 30 at Wenshao Building Concert Hall in Yuzhong Campus.
