Shen Mingjie, male, Han ethnic group, from Lanzhou, Gansu, a member of the Communist Party of China, master, is the director of the Visual Communication Design Research Office of the Institute of Fine Arts and Design, a lecturer, and a member of the Lanzhou Visual Arts Association.

From 1999 to 2003, he studied at the Art School of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics and obtained his bachelor's degree. He received his master’s degree by studying at the School of Design of Jiangnan University. Since 2008, he has been working at the Art Academy of Lanzhou University.
