Zhou Biao, male, Han ethnic group, from Qianjiang City, Hubei Province, a member of the Communist Party of China, master, serves as a lecturer of Digital Media and Art Research Office of the Institute of Fine Arts and Design and the Gansu Photographers Association.

From 1998 to 2002, he studied at Wuhan Textile University and obtained his bachelor's degree. He obtained his master's degree after studying, from 2008 to 2010, at School of Languages and Literatures of Lanzhou University. And he has been working in Art Academy of Lanzhou University since 2002. From 2005 to 2006, he furthered his education at the School of Design of China Academy of Art.

Awards:

In 2002, his works "Five Fingers to One" was selected in the 2nd Chinese Graphic Design Competition.

In 2004, his works "Scream" won the 3rd prize of the 50th Anniversary of the Founding of People’s Republic of China Art Exhibition.

In 2005, his works "Chinese Character’s Stroke Composition" won the bronze medal in the  "Chinese Elements" Graphic Design International Tour Exhibition, and was exhibited in Poland and other places.

In 2008, his works "Come on, Sichuan!" won the second prize of "Designed for Wenchuan-- Rescue and Reconstruction" Public Interest Design Competition.

In 2011, his works "the Revolution of 1911" was selected in the 2nd Cross-Strait Creative Design Art Festival.

In 2012, he was invited to participate in the 2011 2nd Sense of Wuhan International Invitational Poster Exhibition and won the Outstanding Award;

His works "Wuchang Uprising" was selected for the First Light of Uprising Poster Design Exhibition and was collected by the 1911 Revolution Museum. And he also won the Excellent Instructor Award for guiding students in the exhibition.

He won the 3rd "Top 10 Favorite Teachers" Nomination Award by Lanzhou University.

In 2013, he won the Excellent Instructor Award for guiding students in the 5th College Student Advertising Design Competition.

Awards Got by His Students:

In 2012, his guided Shi Yiliang and other students for six times to win the Outstanding Award.

In 2013, his guided Zhang Kang and other students won the first prize of the 5th University College Student Advertising Design Competition.
